Burger King — Restaurant in Missouri City

So, today I was working then I got to a good stopping point and was hungry, so I stopped to go here for lunch. I don't live in the area so I didn't know if it's a good or bad location. So, I ordered a meal in the drive-thru and it was horrible. Dry, stale food. Bun- not fresh, meat horrible and dry and fries were stale and chewy. I was heartbroken because I was busy and tired and stopped to get food. I could not even eat it. It was nasty. I love Burger King, but obviously not this location. It was nasty because they did not care to prepare a fresh burger. Worst part is that I called and a man answered, I asked for the manager and he said, huh? I guess that meant he's the manager. I explained what happened to me and my frustration and told them that I want a fresh hamburger meal or a refund. He asked me to bring the food back. So, I went to the trash can in my office and put it in a bag and will be promptly returning it after work and never going to this location on 2234 again. It's sad and frustrating that he knew that they prepared an old dry and stale burger and cold chewy fries and he asked me to bring the food as if I was asking for a free meal....

Very disappointed on Burger King Qc. Its Horrible ! I order thru Drive thru Grill Chicken Sandwich for my wife. Went Home sat Down ready to eat my Original Chicken Sandwich, when the wife open hers Grill Chicken Sandwich it was plain i didn't order plain , but what surprised me that chicken was not chicken it was hard like cardboard, so piss 😠 so of course the dine in its closed , i waited in the drive to go and complain. I ask where is the grill charbroiled chicken Sandwich ya use to sell and manager told this is it . Then he told me sorry for inconvenience but short handed, Thats is not my Problem I replied no excuse ! Thats why Chipotle and Chick-fil-A Got you Guys Beat! Shame on You Burger King You guys sell frozen foods and just heat it up in the bar Grill! Get Your Act together and Start Selling...

I hope their food is better than their customer service. Worst customer service in a drive-thru that I've ever had! I will never understand why establishments have children taking orders who have no tact and no customer service skills and don't give a damn about being there or how they treat paying customers. This kid tonight was disgustingly rude and his attitude was piss poor! I was furious. It doesn't matter if I'm buying $2 worth of food or $200, you're in C U S T O M E R S E R V I C E, if you don't want to serve customers then don't work in that profession! 🤦‍♀️ The manager was within ear shot of him and he let this kid treat customers the way he did and condoned it.
