We are disappointed in the direction this place has gone. This place used to be pretty good years ago but has now went down hill. We don't know if management changes, staff changes, or changes in ownership is the root cause, but it needs major help. We have ordered here several times. Attempting to give this location a second chance, understanding that sometimes people just make mistakes. But this is not a one-time occurrence. Every single time, we have encountered a problem or an issue with our order. From not being prepared correctly as requested to receiving the wrong order, not to mention receiving burnt and overcooked items in addition to having the wrong size pizza in the box, to the half folded X-large pizza we received and had to return back to thus Latin to show them. Then it's an excuse after the excuse when we contact them about the order that they prepared incorrectly. Everyone doesn't have time to keep returning to the location to wait for them to prepare a new order because of the orders they continue to prepare incorrectly. The goal is to get it right the first time to prevent additional issues. Some items should not even be boxed if they look problematic when packaging. Also, they need a new system for issuing credits for customers. Maybe even need to go old fashoin and get a simple pen and a notebook and write the customers information when they have a credit that needs to be issued by the location because of an error that was made so that it will be easily accessible. Stop always depending on electronic systems that routinely make errors and have cliches. We were told by the location manager (stormy) that we directly spoke with on the last occurrence when we received the wrong order that she was going to place a credit on our account for the amount we paid since they made a mistake and we had to discard of the entire order. There was no sauce whatsoever on the pizzas, and the cheesesticks didn't have any cheese. On our next visit, when we got to this pizza hut location, we encountered unexpected issues as she didn't accurately nor correctly issue the credit to our account. Luckily, we had screenshots of done of our purvis order receipts. This caused extreme delays in picking up our order for our students as we had to speak with (jose) about the issue which took nearly 30 minutes to assist and finally get our order sorted out and corrected with our credit. However, by this time, our order was now cold and difficult to consume as reported by our students. In addition, the breadsticks were hard and overcooked/burnt as well as the pizza & pasta did not have enough sauce on it. We were never offered to have our order remade as a common courtesy normally by any staff or management since the issue was created once again by this location. We believe some personal and professional development is in dire need at this location as well as the ability to be accountable when you have made a mistake with a customer's order and their account credits. Read moreI wish I couldn’t give them any stars. A waste of a newly remolded building. The worst Pizza Hut on the planet. I hate that they are the only Pizza Hut who deliver in my area. I have been several times hoping for a different experience because I enjoy eating from Pizza Hut in general. The very first time I went they girls were eating in the front while taking my order. She was not aware of the special that was going on at the time. The manager walked in the back and walked back out of the bathroom without washing his hands. I had to wait about 45 min. After asking was that my pizza to find out 15min. Later that it was my pizza that was just sitting there. The box had greasy finger prints all over it. Which instantly beganned to turn my stomach. I just could not eat it like that so I drove all the way back to get my money back. They lied and said that their manager was not there. But I can clearly see him in the back. This older guy who doesn’t care about anything that is going on. Probably drunk. So this other guy came out and gave me my refund. I told him how he should be ashame to serve people food with cheese hanging off and greasy finger prints all over the boxes. He just looked no apologie or nothing. After wasting my time. My kids were hungry and wanted pizza. And to have wasted to an hour and a half drive waiting driving back my kids were complaining I just went across the street to buy them a $5 pizza from little Cesar’s which I should have done while they were taking so long. So I gave the the Beni fit of the doubt. We order delivery thinking something had changed. Maybe management to get a burnt supposed to be hand tossed pizza that looked like thin crust. I was so disappointed again. After all of this time they still haven’t changed management. Just save your money. Then, a few weeks later I get a knock at my door talking about someone had placed a order for pizza from my house. I’m like no not here and not from you guys. The delivery guy told me that the order was place an 2 hours ago. But they are behind. You hot to be kidding me 2hours ago. I told him if I had placed an order two hours ago I would not want that pizza. It’s probably cold. They need some order. I called Pizza Hut customer service and emailed them durning the first incident and still have yet to get a response. Read moreThis place has THE WORST customer service. I ordered a pan pizza online. I drove to the store about an hour ago pick it up. This particular store has a drive-thru window for pick up. I pull up to the window. The lady working the window first tells me that the window was closed and that I needed to come in. I was fine with that but before I drove off she tells me my total. I tell her thank you because it was raining and now I didn't have to get out of the car. I paid and she gives me my pizza, only it's not pan crust that I ordered. I check my receipt to make sure I didn't accidentally order hand tossed. After confirming that I had ordered pan crust, I inform the lady working the window that my pizza wasn't pan crust. I opened the box and she tells me that it is. I tell her that I order there frequently and this isn't pan crust. I'm looking at her waiting for her to accommodate me in some way, whether it be an apology, offering to make my pizza over, or refund the up charge for pan crust. I got none of that. She smacks her lips and say "Well I didn't make it." I said nothing, I just look at her waiting to see how she addresses my concern. She stares at me in silence for about 7 seconds and then just closed the window and walks away. I thought maybe she went to get a supervisor but no one came. I went ahead and parked my car and I went inside carrying the pizza. I didn't get greeted or anything. A male employee ( I think this was the manager, he was dressed differently than the other employees)seeing the pizza in my hand, looks up and says "yeah?" There was no " Was there a problem with your order", no "how may I help you". Initially I go inside to get my order corrected. I was so off put by his "yeah?" response that I tell him that the crust was wrong and I just wanted a refund. He confirms the price I paid and just handed me cash ( although I paid with my credit card). He didn't offer an apology about the wrong order. Nothing. Gave me cash and didn't say another word. The experience with the lady at the window and with the manager has sealed the deal for me. I won't be returning to this location again. I'll drive 5 extra minutes where I can get better service. I don't know who owns this franchise but if you're reading this, your current evening employees will run your business to hell. They need retraining or replacements because they obviously don't care...
