This sorry no good judge is a disgrace. Not only did he just sit there and allow ADA Atwood Mcandrew trial a case in his courtroom while he was being investigated. He sat there and listen while the state present false accusations. He sat there while the police officer, after giving her whole false statement in detail of she wanted the jury to hear. All of a sudden get amnesia when she was questioned by me. To every question that I asked, her answer was "I don't remember" but he didn't remind her that she was under oath. He took side with the state and said that "she already answered your questions, move on" while wĕ are on the subject of me representing myself..... it's funny because, this so called police officer. Ft. Bend isd officer allison Williams. Said in here sworn statement that she detained me and that's how she got my information. Then she madeup a false arrest report. Which leads back to a lawyer...... if I had been "arrested" then I would have had my rights read to me. I would have had to make bail in order to get out of jail and I would of had an court appointed attorney since I am indigent. All of my rights were violated under the pathetic joel clouser jr. I actually wish this still was one of the previous judges than Mark Gibson. At least the eviction process was more fair then. To the fellow landlords, good luck with getting an eviction done here. It's been over a year, and I still haven't gotten my eviction process granted. Now my property has under went a foreclosure date. I've had to file bankruptcy just to keep my property, while the tenant gets to live in it rent-free. I believe it all could have been prevented if this court didn't reset the court dates over and over again, make excuses for tenants that have no intentions in honoring their lease and pretend that they are going to cover the rent in some type of rent relief program. Please be cautious when they offer you a rent relief program. I haven't received any money from them despite their several promises to pay, and that too has been over a year. They seem to be no better than the tenants that I'm coming here for. So now I'm being robbed by the tenant and the court system. I've now hired property management services to see if they can get a better result than I have. Y'all pray for my outcome, please... Case#...

I appeared before Judge Roderick Garner and was deeply disappointed by the conduct and fairness of the proceedings. Despite my respect for the judicial role, I must say that Judge Garner did not allow me to present my evidence or supporting documents, nor did he give me a fair opportunity to speak. It felt as though he had already made up his mind before hearing the facts. His handling of the case raised serious concerns about his understanding of the law and his commitment to impartiality. I genuinely question how thoroughly he engages with legal principles and whether he considers the rights of those appearing before him. I strongly urge the court system to install cameras in the courtroom—not only for transparency but to allow for review of judicial behavior.
