I had a window replaced 10 mos ago. The window has leakd sence they put it in. The instaler said that it was to small but he could make it work. Worst install ive ever seen. Sence the instal its leakd every rain. Ive cald several times complaining and it seems like they dont care always being told theyd get back with me. They sent out someone to fix it and he just talkd trash about the 1st guy there and how he didnt know how to install windows. As he was "fixing'" the leak he kept saying that he wasnt just covering up a prob. Needless to say it still leaks. As they were tryn to fix the prob he broke the glass and left it like that, its ben 6 wks now and they still havnt fixed it. Now there tryn to say that my siding is bad and its not the window. No Ive had 4 other window and siding comp look at it and verify its the window. I wouldnt let these people install a window in my doll house. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

Its ben 15 days sence i posted my review. As you can see the owner took time to reply to my post but has yet to call me to fix the broken window thats ben broke for 6 weeks now. He said the pic i took was from the old window so i wrote the date on window and circled the crack they left me with.

We had The Window Shop put in the windows in our house in 2010. The windows have a 20 year guarantee that they will not lose the gas in them .They came right out did a good job put them in but then when it comes to customer service they are very poor at taking care of their product over the years we have had several Windows lose the gas between the glass and they fog up. It took them up to two years to come out the first time, and fix them and here I sit again with two more windows that fog up I have called twice they will not set up an appointment with me they say when they get in my area they will stop in I think that’s very poor customer service. 12:00 pm (noon) appointment scheduled for today. No show. I called to find out Zach was on the interstate and was on his way. I said "You were supposed to be here at noon" and his reply was "I had to come from Mitchell." I guess this is the first time he has traveled to Sioux Falls and was unaware of the distance. Maybe a map would help if you can't use modern technology. Appointment CANCELED! Apparently, Zach needs to learn to tell time also.
