Fantastic experience, will continue to do business with them as the need arrives. I needed help removing a miniscule stripped screw from a Gameboy Micro, it was about 1.5 millimeter across. I called several repair shops across town that couldn't and one mentioned that if anyone could it would be Gadget Exchange. I called them up and we communicated back and forth about the likelihood of the repair, they were also very clear about the possibility of damage to the unit. I went to the shop the following day and was greeted by a very friendly employee/owner, they again mentioned the available options and we discussed the situation. After some 10ish minutes, during which the technician communicated with me multiple times their next steps, the screw was successfully removed with absolutely no damage to the console. It was a great experience from start to finish. As an addition comment, the shop itself was extremely clean and well organized. And god knows everytime ive been in there i have a strap of hundos, maybe ine time i was un need and it seemwd like i had to plea for an upgrade.....im so sorry but now i give this olace a rhumbs down now. Don't forget where you came from and who brought you to that level.....all im sayin that ive stayed with your business, even when you were robbed and your employees were doing me wrong with my purchase of 7 tvs regarding the deposit..,. Again, and again… This store is amazing! I totally geek out every time I visit!! Khalil the owner is a super cool guy who is a saint!! I purchased an Xbox 1 from him to replace one that was stolen from one of my mentally disabled/challenged young men I work with. When my young man received it he was shocked, surprised and very very happy and elated!!

Khalil not only helped me with selecting a “bundle” he offered me an amazing price over and above anything I could have ever imagined!! This man is a rock star with a heart of gold and a Christian desire to help make the lives of the youth that I serve (who don’t have much) feel special
