Let me start by saying thank you to the two young men that came and delivered my furniture, very professional and helpful. I saw Nancy’s furniture ad on Facebook market place and was skeptical of the quality and validity of their existence (Apple Maps is not updated and the business did not show up) I made a deal with them over the phone. I knew what I wanted and have seen the furniture at other shops. I talked to Habib, he was very helpful and accommodating. They took my payment over the phone and gave me a really good deal. I bought several beds and few other pieces. They delivered my furniture promptly and had offered to set it up for me multiple times. I told them I needed to paint the rooms and I’ll put the furniture together my self. Even after I said no, Habib offered to FaceTime me when I put the furniture together if I need help..After painting my room few days later I opened the boxes and few pieces were damaged. I reached out to Habib and he assured me he’ll get them replaced. He got my furniture exchanged promptly and delivered the new pieces right away. I worked many year in retails and these guys were top notch. Thank you for your professionalism, and swift help Habib. I will definitely come back to you for any futures furniture needs. They are sooooo friendly , so helpful and very good with communication. I bought a couch and table set from them. I love the pieces that I bought and the time they took to walk me through making sure the pieces I bought matched well together. The prices are fair . You get what you pay for and they sell high quality furniture. They walk you through your budget and make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will be coming back to them for more of my pieces. This place is incredible. Plenty of places in town offer furniture at similar prices, but at Nancy's what sets them apart is the people. Was shopping around town for a new couch and table. Didn't have to go anywhere else after stopping at Nancy's and talking to Mike. They are very knowledgeable and genuine. They have great customer service.
