I came in the a group and i had forgotten my id so willingly went outside and was going to wait in the car. I dropped my phone on the way out, the sim card popped out in that alley and i didnt realize it till i got to the car so i got out and went to look for it, im a 5'9 20 year old woman. By myself in that alley at 10pm. My boyfriend was inside. A man walks up and gets really close to me i go to the door and waited. Another man walked past me but when i turned around he had stopped and was facing me watching me. I waited for another minute before i stepped into the door. Knowingly sold me a broken product and would not allow replacements. My wife and I were suggested a product by one of the employees, and we purchased it due to his stellar recommendation. However, upon opening the item in the car to ensure the item worked as we live an hour out of town, we realized it would not turn on or charge with the car charger. We went back in within five minutes and explained our situation as we had just purchased it, and the same man who sold us it convinced us it was charging -- though it was still not lighting up like the identical product in a different color and box was that he was showing us. After deciding it was too much of a risk, we asked for a replacement. However, a different man with purple facial piercings who had previously been making my wife extremely uncomfortable by silently circling around her told us they did not do exchanges. After offering no amends or sympathies, we had no choice but to go home and try charging the product, which we did and it still did not work. This store literally stole from me. They advertised a product to be sold at 10.99. There were multiple of the same item prices at 10.99 on this shelf. I get my receipt and the lady charged me $18 for this product. When I confronted her about it, she was incredibly rude, and said there must have been a price change she didn't know about it. When I told her I didn't want the product anymore she literally said there were no refunds. What an absolute shady way to run business.
