I went through the drive thru today, July 28, 2023, around 12 p.m. I ordered the nugget meal, and the employee asked me what size and what to drink - I responded. I then ordered the three taco combo, I then waited for a response. (I don't like to say everything all at once because this location has asked me to repeat myself in the past, so I'd rather just let them go through their questions like the company requires them to). I waited and waited, and the employee never responded. So I asked if she got the second meal, and she then began to raise her voice at me, telling me, "YES, I'M WAITING FOR YOU TO FINISH TELLING ME WHAT SIZE AND WHAT TO DRINK"! I don't understand why she felt the need to speak to me that way. Especially when she asked me what size and what to drink for the first meal. Also, if she was waiting on me that long, why didn't she prompt me sooner? Turns out it was the manager, so there was no point in asking to speak to one, plus I'm not one to be a Karen. I've been served by her in the past, and I've never had this happen. I can understand having a bad day, but she doesn't need to take it out on me. I will never be back, and I hope she changes her attitude moving forward...

On both occasions, they forgot to include one of the hashbrowns I ordered. This mistake might seem small, but it's the repeated nature of the error that's really frustrating. To make matters worse, trying to reach out to them was futile as they never answered their phone.
I'm extremely upset by this lack of attention to detail and customer service. It's not just about the missing hashbrown, but also about the principle of getting what you pay for and being heard as a customer. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I've decided to never visit this particular Jack in the Box again.
I hope they seriously address these issues. It's a harsh thing to say, but in my frustration, I feel like they deserve some kind of retribution for their repeated mistakes and poor customer service โ at least until they manage to get an order as simple...
