Accidentally forgot to pick up my card on a Saturday night with friends but I did close out my tab, I just forgot to grab my card. It was $40 dollars and I signed for and zeroed out the tip since I tip with cash when I have it available. After checking my bank statements and confirming, one of the bar tenders from that night refunded my $40 dollars then proceeded to recharge me again for $47.42 (original $40 plus a $7.42 tip). I was advised to come back to get this matter resolve once a manager was in later today which I will and I strongly hope something is done to not only fix this matter but fix it from ever happening again as this is considered theft to me! When we arrived (4 ppl) there was a band set up but no one paying. Just a play list playing. We waited 30 minutes after we got drinks and no one played. We requested a song and bartender told us that they could not put a song because the “band” was playing when there was no one playing. The band ppl wore just drinking and not even playing. I personally like this place to hangout with friends or for business. But when they are just playing off a playlist and not actually performing. They should play what guests want to pay for when the band is too busy drinking. It’s about the service and what the client wants if the band is not doing what...

This was our first visit to the Boardroom. We headed to fundraiser for the shire community space, but found out it had been cancelled. There only IPA was Lagunitas and they didn't have any porter or stout. Our beers were served in the bottle and we weren't even asked if we wanted a glass.
