So yesterday I came to the store which online it says it’s open from 8 to 10 I mentioned the fact that the store is clean and that the prices are fair. The only thing I had a problem with was opening on time and that’s all I said, the owner decided to reply to my post mentioning that Sunday he’s open from 9 to 10 which I come Sunday I came Monday. It was well past 9 o’clock 930 in the store was still not open even though it’s posted from 8 to 10 online then the man decided to attack my personal background because I’m Middle Eastern. I mean it doesn’t matter if I’m Polish Greek Jew Indian Hindu it doesn’t matter when I come to a store. I’m a customer first above all that, and now he also threatened me by telling me to take this as a learning experience. I don’t like people telling me what to do where in my post did it say or mention I’m telling you what to do unless you’re illiterate and you don’t know how to read You’re mistaken I was very respectful and you replied with such disrespect just like how you said you don’t like people telling you what to do I don’t like people talking to me the way you talk to me with that tone for no reason I had absolutely every right to write what I wrote Also, you forgot my other two products that I buy from you cigarettes and Red Bull you didn’t mention the other two is that because you were trying to make me look bad because of what I purchase well guess what that was a fail my man you need to work on your people skills you also need to grow up obviously you cannot handle Customer service. I look at the reviews on Google today after I read your reply and I see you attack everybody Jesus Christ man you need help honestly don’t worry you’ll never see me again. I can’t believe you took it serious. I’m laughing inside but at the same time I’m very Upset the way you handled that because it doesn’t matter what I buy I always spent my money there and it looks like you don’t appreciate that at all so I will not spend my money there anymore and you need help like I said there are counselors in the Mokena area. Also in the Orland Park area if you’d like me to forward you some addresses, you sound so disgruntled that man hates his life and that’s fine but don’t take it out on me because you can’t make it on time to work. You clearly can’t handle constructive criticism. I could tell not by my review, but I see all the other reviews the way you comment you never take responsibility for your actions. Wish I could give this place 100 stars! Owner is so knowledgeable about all the products, not to mention he is a very nice guy and knows how to run a business and treat his customers. I will never ever go anywhere else for my vapes or any tobacco products but Mokena Mart. I guarantee anyone you will never be able to find cheaper prices than you will find here, and if you have to take a drive…it is definitely worth it!! I am a SUPER happy customer!...
