Do not recommend Photographic Arts.
Our daughter's picture was taken on 17 Aug, just shy of 6 wks ago, and it's still not available for viewing. The card she brought home states "...pictures will be available to view within 2 business days."
We have called numerous times (~20), but have only gotten through once to a Ken who has yet corrected the issue or even called us back (this was a week ago). We can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. We have sent 2 emails to PA's general email address and one to Ken's personal business email which we found after scouring online for additional POCs. We even asked our daughter's teacher affiliated with the yearbook to contact PA via email.
This is the second year in a row that her highschool picture code has not worked for her school pictures. This happened last yr and took weeks to straighten out. We missed ordering pictures because of this issue.
With all the negative reviews on Google, Nextdoor, PA's website itself, reading this same exact issue happening to numerous others, it seems like not only is it a pattern with our daughter, but a pattern with the community as well.

They were professional when the shots were taken. I ordered my freshmanâs pictures online but when they arrived they were creased. Frustrated that a photography studio doesnât use better packaging when mailing pictures is part of their business. Especially when they charge such a high price. I placed my seniors order on September 13, 2021 and still have not received it. I have called but cannot leave a voicemail due to a full voicemail box and have sent multiple emails, with no replies. Update: It's years later and my youngest is in junior high school. I am experiencing the exact same issue again. Photo was taken in August and it's still not up on the site in March.
I've contacted them 3 times over the course of several weeks because my son's high school portrait is not viewable. The company will not respond. The school sent all parents a message last week about how to contact this company if we are having trouble, so I am not the only one having this issue.
