Completely prejudice store! This store will NOT treat you with friendly service if you are under the age of 30 years old. My boyfriend, a friend, and I stopped in because my friend needed a shirt for an event and my boyfriend and I were seeking a new "fun thing." We made our way to the back corner where I saw an item I liked and pulled it off of the shelf. It was a whip so I called my boyfriend over and wiggled it so he could see it. That's when I heard "no, no, no, no. We are not aloud to play back here." It was an employee I did not like her tone nor he choice of words. As a manager myself, I would have politely informed the customer not to continue, instead she made her customers feel like children. We are all above 22 years old. I assume she's the manager. She was just standing in the corner watching us. I understand they might get a lot of immature customers but I assure you we were completely serious. I pulled the whip off the rack, wiggled it, and twisted it. Apparently you are not aloud to look at the merchandise you want to purchase. This is when she became even more rude. My friend had a blizzard from DQ and accidently spilled exactly 8 drops of ice cream after he already started cleaning it with his napkins the same employee made this exact remark "You are lucky I am being nice because you have spilled through my entire store!" He had only missed two drops that were slightly behind him. NOT "her" whole store. We decided to just go to another store and left after cleaning the remaining ice cream off of the floor. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. If the owner is reading this you could have made an extra $500 tonight but lost it to Lions Den because the heavy set woman with her hair pulled back has terrible customer service skills. I highly recommend bothering someone who actually cares about their job and your store. She definitely does not...

The quality of our gauges are hands down great, but the service every single time is unbearable. The manager lady, who is always there (dark hair, glasses, bigger lady) sheās never worrying about you, just trying to get you out of there it seems like. We stood at the counter today for a good 10 minutes or so until one lady finally asked if we were ready, and grabbed a different lady, who rang us up. But the funny part is the lady just got done ringing up someone else couldnāt ring us up. Idk. I bought 3 pieces of jewelry, and the lady who helped me (Samantha, store manager) asked if I WANTED some jewelry cleaning bottle. I said yes, and she never said the price, or asked if I wanted to BUY the item. I went back into the store after a few minutes and politely asked for a refund. She became angry with me, wouldn't stop asking why I wanted a refund and I felt ashamed and embarrassed. She would NOT leave me alone, and I almost cried from her constant irritation with me.
