Unfortunately, while the establishment is nice and the sales team is friendly. I have no choice but to rate a 0 for this place. This is actually the 2nd time we have been set back by them. About 3 years ago we bought a new $3k sectional. We had issues with one side needing an adjustment. We could never get anyone to call us back to set an appointment. Fast forward to now... We were shopping around and saw this used 3 peice recliner set. We asked why it was returned. Was told because the previous owners ended up not liking it. I clarified there was nothing wrong with it. I asked about the warranty, if it was the same as buying new, and was told yes. Also, testing the furniture on site, not all peices were tested, not to mention, things can become unadjusted during transportation. I called today, because one of the peices sits crooked while reclined and has trouble Reclining, while also is hard to fold back away. I received a call from the sales lady and she said, "that's why it was returned and being sold used and as-is." We asked about just getting it adjusted and was also told, we don't do that to used furniture.
Well, we were told we could return it of we want, without a fee.
THATS GREAT, BUT ITS BESIDES THE POINT THAT WE WERE LIED TO, TO BEGIN WITH. Not mention, it's great the sales lady wanted to continue to mislead us, especially after we wait, not only a full weekend, but also an extra 2 days to return to the store, so that she would get the sales credit.
I sure am glad that I did not buy that fridge from you, that the same sales lady continuously said " the hinge just needs to be adjusted on the freezer."
P.s. I said sales lady continuously, because I don't like to mention names. But her initials...
Read moreAt first everything was fine. I spent plenty enough money in here and a week later had my furniture delivered to my house. I was at work so I wasn’t there upon receiving (which by the way was TWO HOURS late!!) but when I got home there was a pile of wood pieces on my floor next to the leg of one of the couches. My kids and I raised up the end of it to inspect and both legs were damaged one even had chunks of wood broken off! We inspected the other end and those also were damaged! I got to inspecting the rest and on the top back of the couch it was ripped in 2 places due to what appears as they didn’t cover it coming through the doorway.. one other tear was also on the top as well. I called the store the very next day and they offered me a discount! If price was an object I wouldn’t have bought it to begin with.. I told him I wanted a product that was NOT already damaged so he agreed to order a new one. A week later I haven’t heard from anyone so I went in all to find out that the new one was at the store but no one called to set up delivery! They offered a weekday delivery but I refused as I work so they said Saturday morning which I agreed to. Here we are Friday before the delivery and I went to make the first payment and I’m being told now it will Be Saturday afternoon!! I swear if I could get out of this deal with these people I sure would! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

I'VE HAD TO WAIT FOR A REPLACEMENT CHAIR FOR 3 MONTHS !!! EVERY PHONE CALL TO THIS PLACE IS BULLSHIT , THE MANAGER SHE IS HARDLY EVER IN THE STORE .. I'VE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE NUMEROUS OF TIMES. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK !!! THEY FINALLY DELIVERED MY SET LAST MONTH & THE DELIVERY GUYS RIPPED THE NET UNDER THE SOFA THEN TRIED TO STAPLE IT BACK WITH TWO STAPLES ...
