Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Moncks Corner

I went to this Sonic on Saturday and ordered the chicken tenders. When I got home, I saw that the tenders were very dark, almost burnt (they did not look like the picture that they advertise the tenders on); and I didn't realize until I got home that the drive-thru operator didn't ask me if I wanted a dipping sauce. I said that I was not going to go back, but I changed my mind and went back today. Same thing happened with the tenders, dark, burnt and hard, but tonight I said something. I told the operator that the tenders were hard and burnt. Instead of her apologizing and saying we'll replace them, she "asked me if I wanted new ones". Why would you ask me that if I just told you that the tenders are hard and burnt. She took the first tenders and brought me new tenders that weren't any better than the first tenders. And she didn't ask me about the dipping sauce, I had to ask her if they had dipping sauce. I really thought I had found a reasonable restaurant that was close to where I live, but I was really, really disappointed. And not once, but twice! Oh, and I was charged two different prices for the exact same meal (Saturday night and Tuesday night). I don't recommend...

I really want to give a great review. I love Sonic, but this review is more about the location. I keep coming back to this location hoping for improvement, but I'll probably start going to another location. Definitely not fast. Usual wait time from pressing the button to actually getting someone to take your order takes a good 5-7 minutes. After going through the order and verifying everything is correct, the order comes slowly (if at all) and is always incorrect. I have never received a correct order from this location. My last visit, I ordered a large diet coke only (how hard could it be to get this order wrong?) and 20 minutes later I recieved a RT 44 sweet tea with some sort of flavoring. I take insulin and drinking sugary drinks does not work well with me. I pressed the button to try and order something diet, (I wasnt even going to complain, just wanted something to drink) and no one ever responded. I ended up pressing the button 2-3 times over the course of around 25 minutes. Never did get a person, or my diet coke, and left after being there almost an hour. Threw the sweet tea away. I recommend going to the Goose Creek location. Those guys...

Went through the drive through. I was first in line. Took 20+ minutes to get a blast. Left only to find they had left an enormous hollow spot at the bottom, so the blast was only 1/3 full. When I left a second time there was no cookie dough in the blast, it was only sprinkled on top. Every time I've been at this location or another it's been all the way through. The manager was nice and said that it probably came like that in the batch. I essentially paid 5$ for plain vanilla ice cream. The worst is this isn't the first or second time I've had issues at this location. It's constant. One time I ordered in advance (asap) and I got my food and was driving away when I realized they hadn't put the onion rings in. I called and they said they had none and couldn't refund me? What??? You mean I paid for something I didn't get? There are so many issues at...
