Waited in the drive through for about 10 mins before I saw the customer ahead of me knocking on on the drive through window. I didn't think much of it because she could have forgotten to tell the drive through cashier something š¤š Once that customer pulled out. I pull up to the window and a very weary looking young lady asked "how can I help you?' But her tone was like she was not really wanting to help me, or even be thereš„±. I ordered the hotāØļø and ready cheese pizza, which I am sadš to say wasn't hot š„µāØļøor ready.š¢ She said that it would take 15 minutes to prepare, I said I would wait and as an afterthought I asked if I could add wings to which she responded, " well those take 25 minutes...š' and looked at me as if to say, I'd be waiting a while. I figured 10 more minutesā² wouldn't hurt. The Pizzaš and wingsš were usually pretty good here so I didn't mind. She took my paymentš³ and asked me to pull around front and she would bring it out to the carš. About 25 minutes later she comes out with just the cheese pizzaš and no wings, and says " they should be done in a few minutes and I'll bring those out too." In the same unenthusiastic manner. š„± I decided after about 5 minutes that I would eat a slice, I was hungry and still waiting for my wings, so I figured by the time I was done, my wings should be readyš. What was supposed to be a few minutes turned in 45. I was playing my music and my game, still eating my pizza, so I wasn't noticing how much time had passed. By the 11th song and 4the slice tho, I got concerned š that I'd been forgotten about š So I go inside to see š what was taking so long with 8 garlic parmesan wings, same cashierš„± from the drive through comes to the counter and says, "Oh, they didn't bring your wings out?" (Sounded like a question and a statement at the same time, still unenthusiastic toneš„±.) I said, "I made this order with you, more than 45 minutes ago and I still haven't gotten my wings." (I was calm, even though I felt put out and disrespected.) To which she says, "Oh, well, we'll just refund you." Walks away, talked to another employee, which I could only assume was the manager since he had the key to the register. They both walk back, her with my wings, (they slathered garlic parmesan sauce on and shook.) and she looks at the guy with exasperation, as if I did something wrong by letting her know they forgot my wing order, tossing the wings on the counterwith an attitudeš¤. The employee that had the key claimed my money would be returned to my card in 1 to 3 days, I haven't seen it yet...š in unison they say, "Sorry 'bout that..." š„±š„±(double bored tones) Most unfriendly customer service experience EVER! Let's just say, they need adult supervision because that is NOT how to treat payingš¤...

I then saw two employees come outside to shake the rug (leaving dirt and residue all over them) also while horse playing in drive thru jumping on the drive thru sensor and off. I noticed they did not wash their hands (knowing youāll donāt use gloves when preparing pizzas) when they went back inside they didnāt even wear aprons in the restaurant. None of the employees had on lil Ceasers uniforms in the store. I went to drive thru to receive my order and I didnāt get ANY customer service. No āHello,Hi,Thanks for choosing Lil Ceasersā ANYTHING! Just a āWhat u wantā from a young girl in a big grey hoodie. Why are yāall wearing hoodies when you are preparing food anyway ? smh I went home opened my box of a 6$ Pizza and Pepperoni Cheese Puffs. The pizza had no crunch, just DOUGH. The cheese on the pizza was still raw, and the cheese puffs werenāt fresh, all hard !! They rushed my order, and when I called back before 11 they said they were closed. This store is disgusting and rude; especially at night. UNACCEPTABLE..I rather drive into another town then to deal with this on...

We come here a couple times a month to grab pizza for the family⦠and itās never āhot and ready.ā So I call ahead of time to order, and the person taking my order usually gives me an estimated time that the pizza will be ready. Tonight I was told five minutes.⦠30 minutes later, I got our pizza. I feel bad for the staff, because it seems like there is mass confusion in there. One of the workers is usually shouting at another (and not like the āitās loud in here so Iām trying to make sure you got that orderā shouting), and a month or so ago they were loudly arguing with each other in front of customers. I go to this restaurant mainly for the convenience of it being on the way home, but itās unpleasant to wait and watch the interaction between the workers. Customer service needs improvement. If your customer has to wait 30 minutes, please offer them an incentive to come back. Iām giving two stars because the pizza is good and the price is better than the competitors. Iāll probably go to the Goose Creek Store from...
