I know, I know it’s subway. There not much to expect…but here is my experience. I have NEVER left a review for a fast food restaurant because let’s face it, you get what you get with fast food. I will never in my life visit this location again! After picking up my order, which was placed online, and driving 15 minutes home I realized my order was incorrect. So I drove another 15 minutes back to this location with the food to request that it be remade correctly. The sandwiches which were all American clubs did not have bacon and two of the three were on incorrect bread. None of them were toasted. I politely explained what was wrong to the gentleman working and he quickly started to raise his voice and berate me. I asked politely again since I had just drove 30 minutes for them to be remade. This is when his female employee came in and also chimed in how I was wrong and everything was right because she made them-even though I presented the receipt for proof they were incorrect. After being shamed as a customer I asked for the order back and proceeded to leave the restaurant as I do not have the energy to fight over food. As I was leaving the employees began speaking badly of me as a customer to other customers. As someone who works in customer service I am astounded. Even if I were incorrect and the order was made correctly-which it wasn’t because why else would I make another 30 minute round trip back-the order should’ve just been remade in front of me. I have never been yelled at or argued with as a customer and I sure as hell have never spoken so poorly of to...

I will do my best not to visit this subway again. I order from this subway today. The lady that fixed my sub was nice, normally see her at the other subway. I did not add mayonnaise to my sandwich in the line, instead I ask the cashier for 4 packs of mayonnaise instead, I was willing to pay the extra cost for the packets of mayonnaise. I didn't care about the cost. I wanted the packs instead of what was on the bar. The cashier lady said the boss/ owner would not allow more than two packs per 6-inch sub. My thoughts were, give the customer what they ask if they are willing to pay for it, just packs of mayonnaise, and you are not giving it away. The subs are already overpriced in my book. I didn't make a big fuss, I said, okay and left the store. I see this store losing business with this kind of customer service. If you are unable to give someone extra packs of mayonnaise, you should close your store. My job orders from this place and will no longer be using this store and many other connections I have. I was regular customer until today. The cashier did not do any kind of negotiation to provide better customer service to a person that visits regularly. Now, if this was the owner's decision, I see the store headed downhill, especially when you can't give out extra mayonnaise. I am disappointed in this store; it was one of my favorite...
Read moreEverytime I've been in, the service is good, the employees have been friendly, it's always been clean and smells good. (smell matters)😂
Side note: They actually work as a team. Me and my daughter went in a couple of days ago and the one of the employees was dumping some of the ice from the self-serve drink station. She had the bucket pushed up so it would automatically fill the bucket, so that she could clean the area, wasting no time. When we come in she automatically walked around the counter and on the way around asked one of the other girls if she could get the bucket when it was full. "No problem I got it". They worked together so that me, the customer didn't have to wait any longer than we needed to. That matters and it was nice to see.😁 I worked in & managed F&B for 20yrs, so I tend to notice things when I go out to eat, even the little things. So if the manager reads this I hope you notice the little things as well.😁 I will try to find out the names of the two girls and if they don't mind, I'll give them a shout out.😁 I will definitely continue to Patron...
