I initially contacted Home AV Pros to mount a tv on the wall. Ernst was great to work with, and he and a helper quickly had my tv on the wall, looking great! At the time I didn’t have a cable receiver, but expected to get one soon. Ernst explained what could be done to add the receiver to the mount, and I had him come out again when I got the receiver. He had an extra outlet brick that I needed, as well as the longer mounting screws needed to hide the box. He was very knowledgeable about my tv and cable box, and was able to quickly reset things after getting the install done. They even brought their own vacuum to clean things up. I thought pricing was extremely reasonable, and I was able to make appointments very quickly (they even came out on a Sunday morning). I highly recommend them, and will use them...

Poor response to inquiry - I submitted an electronic request for mounting my tv. Initially the response was pretty fast but the recent responses were very slow and then they'd repeat questions that I had noted in our email exchange because they were referencing the original submission. My last two outreach attempts were met with no response - I tried to both email and call and highlighted that I was ready to move forward. We did have quite a bit of back and forth at the beginning because I have plaster walls and one area does not have studs. I highly recommend Home AV Pros. I have used them two times now and I surely will again. The first time, they assembled and mounted my very large projection screen on the wall, positioned and tuned by AV projector to get a great picture. Recently, I asked them to assemble a new desk chair and sit/stand motorized desk. They also mounted five surveillance cameras.
