They're honest and skilled, factory-approved for many brands, and experienced with everything from electric shavers to electric lawn mowers, mixers, clocks, vacuum cleaners. Basically, if you've got an appliance that needs work, they'll very politely tell you whether it is worth it to repair, or not, and whether they should make the repair. Their work is skillful and timely. I've had them repair vacuum cleaners, electric sanders, drills, air purifiers, mowers and mixers. I found Keifer by doing a search through the Oster website (makers of professional quality animal clippers) and was pleased to see they were right here on Monona. The fixed up my clippers, and took the time to explain to me how to maintain them it good condition. When I needed a clipper blade they took the time to talk with me and help me figure out which blade would work best, saving me a lot of frustration.
