I am writing to express my concerns regarding our recent experience at this educational facility. Unfortunately, the service received does not align with the positive reviews that influenced our decision to enroll our child.

Despite our son's proficiency with the alphabet, the curriculum appeared to be focused on teaching foundational letters, which did not meet our expectations based on the initial evaluation that assured us he would be learning to read. We were also promised a special rate for three months; however, we were charged monthly without our consent. We have requested a refund since December, and the request for the return of books we purchased raises further concern, as this is an unusual practice. We are having a great experience with Best Brains since we joined!My son is attending Math, English, and Coding classes. He is enjoying the learning process and improving significantly. The teachers are knowledgeable and have a positive approach, and the curriculum is well-structured. The Best Brain Bucks system has really motivated my son to complete his homework on time.
