I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase. I ordered a Grande Americano, which should be made with three shots of espresso. However, the beverage I received was utterly devoid of flavor and aroma, tasting only of hot water. I am well-acquainted with how a proper Americano should taste, and this was not it. OMG !!!! Bought a Pumpkin Loaf today (9/3/2020) and was given one with a PROD: 17 June 2020. Called and was told it was taken out of the FREEZER last night. I asked if it had an Expiration Date and all the worker could say is that the PRODUCTION DATE is 17 June 2020 and has no EXPIRATION DATE. Are you kidding me. Tomorrow I call the main office then the NJ Attorney Gen office. This product is 78 days old...... Maybe I should leave it out in the sun a few hour so it really shows it...
