Halal Meat Market — Local services in Monroe Township

Not a disgruntled customer, just a disappointed regular. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I honestly don’t know what else to do.

This is not a restaurant; it’s a meat shop. I’ve been a regular here for the past 6 months. What really bothers me is how walk-in customers are treated. If you haven’t placed a phone order, you’re often asked to stand aside, almost like you’re in some kind of immigration line. Why? Just take the order, tell me it’ll take an hour, and I’ll wait. That’s fair. But asking me to step aside while selectively serving others who also didn’t place phone orders feels disrespectful.

If the shop only wants to prioritize or serve phone orders, then state it clearly on the website, at the store entrance, anywhere. But if you’re open to walk-ins, then treat them equally and professionally.

At the end of the day, I understand it’s the owner’s prerogative to run the business however they see fit. But clarity matters. Consistency matters.

Best Place for fresh meat. I drive almost 30 minutes from where I live to come and buy from them. It is little expensive but what matter the most is the best meat quality. It is fresh, and great taste. The owner is an amazing person. He goes out of his way to get things exactly how you need and gives you the best quality.
