Texas Road Pharmacy — Local services in Monroe Township

These are the most incompetent pharmacists ever. My 86-year-old mother-in-law has been asking them not to auto deliver medication for months and they continue to do it anyway. She was in the hospital for six weeks and got backed up on medication. They were told she was in the hospital and continue to deliver medication anyway. Now we’ve been told that she has more medication then she needs and they continue to deliver it anyway even when they were told no more automatic deliveries. When you call them about this they tell you, too late you took the delivery no refunds. I’m getting really tired of this, it has been months. I am reporting them to Department of consumer affairs in the American medical Association end of Department of banking and insurance. It’s obvious that they feel they can take advantage of the elderly and enrich themselves. Not gonna let this happen anymore. This place must seek to hire the most rudest people alive. How does a pharmacy that caters to elderly people not have a public bathroom? This isn’t nyc where homeless would abuse the bathroom and make it a mess. These are paying customers who need to use a bathroom, but instead the woman behind the register told me to go to the bagel store next door(which was closed considering it was 5 pm) or go to the liquor store next door. I went to the liquor store and told them the pharmacy sent me to use their bathroom and they told me they don’t have a public bathroom either. The person actually got mad and said how inconsiderate of them to throw their customers problems onto them. I asked the woman behind the register where she goes to the bathroom and all the pharmacist that spend all day here and she said they go to the wawa across the street… cmon you expect me to believe that ! I know my grandmother can’t even pick up her prescription without using the bathroom given her age and bladder. How nasty and rude to tell them get lost and go elsewhere. Thanks for choosing not to formulate my cat's seizure medicine in the guise of not having the base anymore after you had high school kids compounding it since you, the owner, didn't want to anymore. They were doing a terrible job at it and the medicine was in clumps in the formulated treats. What gets me is YOU didn't even tell me YOURSELF this lie about why you can't compound it.... You had one of your kids that works there call me. Oh and your staff tells me the DAY she was out of medication! A truly caring pharmacist calls his patients and tells them things like this.
