Hobby Lobby — Local services in Monroe Township

So I stopped in at the hobby lobby in Selinsgrove to stock up on crafting supplies. I spent 2 hrs if not a little longer browsing the store and finding great deals! So I thought!! I filled my cart with supplies, some regular priced items but mostly "on sale" items. I go to check out and the clerk couldn't have been any nicer. She's ringing up my merchandise, she was ringing up the "sale items" from the 40% off rack in the silk flower section. Another clerk comes over and says these items aren't on sale. So I walked back with said clerk and showed her the sign, she said NO these are NOT on sale. I asked why is the sign on the rack if it's not on sale. Another clerk that was stocking other items says, this sign shouldn't be on this rack and pulled the sign. I said well I should get the sale price, this mistake wasn't mine. The clerk says nope, you can't have the sale price. Well needless to say, I walked out of that store without purchasing one item! I had well over $200.00 in merchandise in my cart! I have spent a few thousand dollars in that store since it opened and was never treated bad until yesterday! I will NEVER shop in the Selinsgrove store...

I'm a new Hobby Lobby shopper. My sister in law has been telling me how great a place they are to shop....but I was a die hard ACMoore shopper. I then started shopping at the company that bought them out. I needed things for a wedding I was doing and this other company was just falling short with the things I was looking for. I went in the other day looking for a coffee cup our son had bought me that I dropped and broke . The cashier and I believe the other was a manager we're very attentive to me helpful spend time talking directing me and even though I didn't get my mug because they believed it was seasonal I got a whole lot of feeling like I was valued as a customer.
