Very unorganized and unsanitary. We go to Taco Bell often because of their vegetarian choices, but I will not be going to this one again. Had my kids and their friends in the car and ordered online, 6 craving boxes, and went through drive through. First off we were told to pull up to a spot to wait, which I understand for a large order, but there was someone in the spot they told us to wait in waiting for their food. Sent my daughter in to ask what to do, but by time she waited in the long line the person was finally served and drove away. So parked in my spot and waited while they came out and gave other people, who came after us, their food first. Waited, waited, waited and they finally bring our food out in big bag, no boxes. I asked about the boxes and they said they were out. Tried to go through the orders to see who's crunchwrap Supreme were who's and they are not labeled. I asked how I can tell them apart and she said will have to open each one to figure out who's is who's. What! Crunchwrap supremes do not open easily to peak in, they are not tacos or borritos. So we had to touch eachothers food to see which ones were vegetarian. That is not sanitary, especially this day in age. Then they also forgot the spoons and in drive through they said they ran out of sugar packets but when my daughter went in there was a bin full of them. Also had to ask for my drinks because I was not given them at first. Will not...
Read moreOn 1/26/2023, I placed my order via the app for pickup at the drive-through. Whilst this particular location has never been close to fast, their service this day was positively abysmal.
After notifying the drive-through attendant that I was there to pick up a mobile order, I proceeded around the corner...where I waited for twenty (20) minutes as the second vehicle in the line. Not the fifth vehicle or the twenty-second. I was the second in line.
Finally, the gentleman in front of me pulled away without even having received his food. After I approached the window, I continued to sit there for several more minutes before anyone inside the window even bothered to acknowledge my presence. When the poor girl working the window finally opened it up, she handed me two coupons for a free taco with a future purchase and informed me that the wait would be "a while yet."
I told the attendant I did not have time to continue waiting and asked if I could simply cancel my order and receive a refund, since I was already charged through the app. She replied, "I have absolutely no idea how to do that. You'll probably have to contact the people through the app," at which point I just drove away.
But, it's good to know that Taco Bell values me exactly $3.78 (plus tax, and only if I order other food) for this debacle. The silver lining, however, is that my future decision-making process when selecting an eating establishment will be that...
Read moreAs far as I'm aware of this Taco Bell has never once satisfied what i know to be what to expect from a taco bell that's ran at even subpar level, they seem to expect everyone to always go to the kiosk which is great until you have questions and wait around for a long time just to go back to the kiosk to figure it out and to be served some of the toughest and emptiest burritos you've ever had from a taco bell. I've been to many taco bells my entire life and I've experienced many different bads and goods but never have I had a taco bell that consistently gave me almost empty bean burritos that you almost break a jaw chewing threw wads of tortilla for two bites of dry beans with no sauce, youd think a bean burrito would be the simplest burrito on the menu, its just beans, cheese, and red sauce you put enough to fill the tortilla but not too much so it's not a mess, and it's such a shame as these are a childhood favorite of mine, I appreciate the people and I appreciate the atmosphere, I just wish I could enjoy the food. I shouldn't have to throw away almost half of the tortilla because...
