If I could give 0 stars I would! I Stayed here for 4 years. It was nice initially until it wasn’t! It has become so ghetto! The elevators stayed broken 98% of the time 3 out of the 4 years I stayed there. The pool was also closed 3 out of the 4 years I was there! They let anyone move in now. It’s always dirty. Ppl leave dog piss on the elevators. My neighbor was letting about 3-5 homeless men stay with her & they knew & allowed it for a year! Everyone on the 5th floor complained about it! Homeless people were even sleeping in the event room. And there were always roaches! It’s supposed to be a smoke free building but people are always smoking weed and cigarettes in the building. The walls are super thin so your entire apartment will smell like whatever your neighbor is smoking. I moved out on July 31st. I was informed that I would be getting my full deposit back of $300 via mail to my new address. Once a month passed of me not receiving the deposit back, I contacted Jenny (leasing manager) asking the whereabouts regarding my deposit. I was informed that it was mailed and instead of me getting back $300 I would only get back $155. When I asked why she said because the carpet needed cleaning. THE CARPET was NEVER cleaned since I moved in. I made several complaints about it to the last leasing manager and was told it would get cleaned, but the job was never done. I even complained about it to Jenny, she stated I would have to pay my own money to get it cleaned even though it was never cleaned from the beginning. When I moved into the apartment the master bedroom carpet had black stained marks all over it. Come to find out no cleaning company could come clean the carpet because I was on the 5th floor and the tube to the cleaning machine couldn’t reach that far up! So if that’s true, how were they magically able to clean it now??? What was the money they got out of my deposit really used for??? It’s been 5 months now and I STILL have YET to receive my deposit! I’ve called & emailed Jenny. She either doesn’t answer calls or respond to emails, and when she does finally respond she gives me a BS excuse! WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT??? ! At this point, I think the company has stolen peoples deposits because Jenny told me a few weeks ago, the company has NOT sent out a few peoples deposits & I’m not the only one that’s been waiting MONTHS for my deposit. I do not recommend this place at all! Everyone is ALWAYS moving out and complaining! The company has been bought out 3-4 times since I was living there which is a huge RED FLAG! & the Rent went up twice in one year! The only reason the reviews are good on here bc she literally begs everyone everytime she sees you to leave a good review! Save your money! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A...
Read moreFirstly I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the apartment manager Ms. Jenny and the maintenance man Mr. Bobby! Since they’ve took their positions at the Lofts, living here as become so much better. I don’t have to wait weeks for a maintenance issue to be resolved and when it’s done, it’s done correctly. I feel like Ms. Jenny and I have known each other forever because since day one she made it a point to introduce herself and to know her tenants and now I can talk to her about anything, much appreciation for that! Before I was just another tenant now I’m “Hey Erica how are the boys?!” and much more. Rome wasn’t built in one day and getting 141 Lofts back to it’s luster and downtown vibrance will not happen overnight but Ms. Jenny and Mr. Bobby are doing a damn good job at trying. OH! one more thing, Ms. Jenny makes some really cute pens 🤩 I...
Read moreI am giving them one star only because I cannot give them less than that. When you move out they charge you hundreds or thousands of dollars and refuse to tell you why you are being charged the amount. They will not even give you a chance to fight it because they immediately turn it into collections. The elevator there NEVER works. Wheel chair bound tenants are trapped in their apartments for WEEKS because the elevator never works. What would happen if there is a fire? How would these wheel chair bound people escape from their apartment? Why would they put people who can not physically use the stairs on the 2nd-8th floor? I do NOT recommend this...
