This shop has super cute products and it is so fun to shop in person. However, the experience while shopping on their website leaves much to be desired. They take forever to ship online orders and do not quickly respond to emails or any other forms of communication. They don’t have a phone number to call to resolve issues. I placed an order in mid September and received notification on 10/3 that it shipped. It still hasn’t arrived as of 10/16. Their tracking link simply says that it is delivered but doesn’t show the carrier or a tracking number to get more information. I received a response that it was never scanned in once dropped off and will be reshipped. Still hopeful it arrives to be a shower gift on 10/19. Overall very frustrating as the world today is accustomed to faster shipping and responses when issues arise. Conclusion - shop in person or save yourself the...
