Yes, that's a one star review, and I will never be back at your store. The manager of this store was following me. Around has followed me around every time. I've come into the store because I am on foot and I have to do my shopping on foot because I don't have a vehicle and I have to carry backpacks to put everything in well, the first time I was in the store. They didn't say nothing to me about leaving my backpacks up at the front which this time they did, okay, cool, no big deal. I have my son with me. So I said, Hey, just sit with our backpacks, I will be back this guy literally followed me around the store. I have a bunch of mental illnesses that I deal with and one of these mental illnesses is complex post traumatic stress syndrome, along with anxiety.And he really sent my ptsd and my anxiety through the roof and then denied my purchases.And everything else when he wants to follow me around the store, I will not be back at your store.I will be reporting you also to the better business bureau for these allegations as slander of character and...

Do not shop at Mac’s Fresh Market. They follow you around like you’re a thief. My family and I have no vehicle and have to walk to locations. We have been homeless right at three years and are just now getting a place to live. We have two homeless organizations they can talk to if they need confrontation. This place has treated my family like we are thrives. They are disrespectful and rude. This is not a friendly place to shop. So if you don’t want to be treated this way do not shop here. They had no reason to treat us this way. We carry backpacks to help carry our stuff and immediately they treat us this way. We left the packs up front as requested and still they stocked us. I have been a loyal customer to this store for a number of years, however my experience on July 23, 2016 will not allow me to continue to be a customer. I currently live in West Monroe but figured I'd stop at this location since it was on my route. I went in and purchased a pork shoulder only to find out it was spoiled when I made it home. I decided to take it back and possibly purchase another one only to find out that nine more were laying there spoiled and no one bothered to move them after being notified. The lady who refunded my money gave it to me as if it had no value...what a pity. The Mac's in West Monroe is totally different than the south side location. There is no way these businesses are owned by the same person. Just stop by the Mac's near Kiroli Rd and see...
