From energy healing to protection to incredibly unique meditations, Sierra and the Muktinath Holistic Center provide authentic, safe and powerful healing and empower individuals to take their healing journey into their own hands while always having support and guidance at their fingertips. I know that energy healing and “New Age” things have become popular and trendy, but Sierra’s expertise is unparalleled as she has been a student of world-wide gurus of shamanism and energy work for decades- this work is a calling and a way of life for Sierra, and she makes healing and empowerment assessable for all through her monthly healing clinics, reasonably priced items in the center’s shop and has class offerings for people at all stages in their journey of enlightenment. I cannot stress enough that Sierra and Muktinath are the safest sources to do energy and healing work out there; I had been doing spiritual work on my own through reading various books, shopping at different spiritually-inclined stores and journaling, I but quickly realized that there are a lot of negative energies/entities/beings out there who/which will easily take advantage of a misinformed and under-energetically-protected individual in their exploration of spiritual and energetic wonders. Sierra was able to help me navigate and overcome that incident and I have not dealt with that sort of thing again be a use she empowered me to be able to protect myself and do spiritual/energetic work in safe space and good practices. There are many people out there who “dabble” and try to teach this kind of stuff because it is becoming more mainstream but that does not mean they have the expertise and powerful connection that Sierra has. People may joke that “they’ve watched Grey’s Anatomy so they can perform surgery” but the truth is that you wouldn’t go to someone who only took an anatomy course or even someone who wasn’t an experienced/seasoned and licensed surgeon (by a legitimate accrediting organization) mess with your body; the same is true for energy work! Some people may have taken some weekend courses and may be “certified” to practice reiki or other modalities, but that does not mean they are an expert in the field, nor have the level of knowledge and first hand, hands-on experience that Sierra does. If you wouldn’t let just anyone do surgery on you, you shouldn’t trust just anyone to do energy healing on nor teach you about how to become a practitioner yourself. Sierra and Muktinath have changed my life for the better- I am more myself and in my power than I ever have been; I am able to energetically protect myself after years of my Empath abilities impacting my mental, emotional, energetic and physical health; I am now a part of this incredible, supportive and light-filled community of like-minded souls who seek to heal our world and all Her beings. Muktinath meets you wherever you are in your life and soul journey (there is literally something for everyone and every “level” of prior knowledge and practice), and raises your vibration and inner-peace just by stepping through the center’s doors! Muktinath is truly a magical oasis if one is looking to explore holistic healing pursuits of all kinds. I have seen it be accessible to the spiritual neophyte as well as further the work of an individual with a decades-long meditation and healing practice. I would specifically like to speak to the Reiki Master Certification program in this review. I had completed Reiki levels 1 & 2 training elsewhere and decided to repeat both classes at Muktinath because the quality of Sierra's classes was just so much more comprehensive and truly first-class. I then decided to continue my studies and enroll in the Master Reiki training which is a 12 week intensive certification program. You are in class all day Saturday on average 3 weekends a month with some breaks in between. The classes are composed of both lecture / discussion-groups with hands-on practicum. Homework assignments will keep you honing your skills even when class is not in session. If you are called to be a Reiki practitioner and/or teacher, this is the class you want to be in. I have seen many colleagues complete various master level programs locally, out-of-state and online, and nothing even touches the level of instruction you receive in this class. So incredibly happy that my soul led me to Muktinath and Sierra months ago. What originally started as seeking out soul retrieval has led to so so much more. At this point we have utilized so many modalities that have helped me to clean and improve my body , my mind and my energy field. The improvement I have seen in my every day life is extraordinary and I am so grateful for that. I definitely look forward to my solo sessions with Sierra.
