Wow, this is the best Chinese food I have found in the area. Food was hot and fresh and they use quality ingredients. The shrimp stir fried with vegetables in kung pao sauce were really fresh and perfectly cooked and the vegetables were still crispy. The crunchy water chestnuts were a nice touch. They don't use heavy gloopy sauces. The hot and sour soup was also a pleasant surprise. The general tso was ordered 'hot', was not hot (spicy). Crab Rangoon was too over done and way too crispy. Spring rolls were oily and under cooked. Jus moved here and I'm trying out a lot of different places, maybe my standards are high, but with a 4.5 rating, my guess is the general public in this area doesn't really know what "good/great" Chinese food...
