Subway — Restaurant in Monroe

Came in to get a sandwich and was refused service because I didn't have a mask. I asked the lady for a mask since she was requiring it and she wouldn't provide it and refused to serve me. I told her she's losing business. I'm fully vax and boosted. I think it's the same lady that has done this to other customers just from reading the post below. She's choosing to loose profits today...

Walked in, the guy looked up at me then kept working on whatever sandwiches he was making. Must've been an online order because nobody else was at the counter. He didn't acknowledge my presence at all, seemed to be actively avoiding me. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute" wouldve been nice. Has customer service gone down the drain lately or am I just being a "Karen"?...

A chipotle wrap its suppose to have, steak, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapenos, onions, green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole on a tomatoe wrap. I ordered one with no lettuce, tomatoe, or jalapenos. Received a chipotle wrap with lettuce and tomatoes. Co worker went back to have order corrected and came back with a chipotle wrap with no guacamole or green...
