I dealt with Tom White, who was friendly, polite and was able to answer all my questions regarding the Speed Queen washer and dyer that I was interested in purchasing. He told me about their service team which I was pleased to find out is not a third party as other appliance dealers use. I did purchase the appliances on 2/14/17 with a delivery date of 2/17/17. I received a call the morning of 2/17/17 by one of the delivery men who indicated that they would be at my house in an hour. Upon arrival, the two men introduced themselves. They too, were very polite and answered all my questions. They took out the old appliances and put them on their truck along with the boxes from the new ones. They were very careful bringing in the new appliances and after setting them up explained all the settings to me. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the team as well as the quality of my new appliances. Their price was the best I was given in the area. Absolutely brilliant. April 2020, during the pandemic, our Fridge/Freezer decided to pack up!! After an independent service tech' came out to confirm the compressor was fried we were wondering what we were going to do since most of the large cap appliance stores were all but closed and getting deliveries was next to impossible I'd called Lew White in the past for various things and decided to give them a call. Their prices are extremely competitive with some of the larger corporations and the service top notch. Spoke to Tom and within 2 days I'd ordered a replacement and they had it out and installed. We had concerns due to the health pandemic, but they came out in masks and totally respected the social distancing. There was very limited interaction once we'd opened the doors and they had everything buttoned up and installed within 30 mins! We purchased a new Whirlpool washer-dryer pair and had it delivered just a few days later. The price was right, and the shopping experience was so easy in the Monroe location. The delivery was professional and carefully done.

We had an issue with the washer as an internal valve had come loose in shipping. Sean, the technician, was to our home a couple of hours after I reported it, fixed it in five minutes, and ran a full diagnostic to ensure that all was well.
