this is hands down the BEST GYM that’ll help you reach your fitness goals. They have group classes or you can come in for a “raw” workout. I personally really enjoy the group classes because having other people help motivate and push you makes all the difference. Here’s what I love most about Regymen.. I walk in and the workout is already designed for me. You don’t have to think about what to do! Plus, there’s always an instructor around to modify and guide you through the workout. There are different workouts offered at Regymen. They have a weekly Burn, Build, Boxing and a Rumble once a month. Each day is designated to certain muscle groups. After years of experiencing different gyms, I’ve never seen better results in such a short time as much as I have now. If you want results and a great gym fam, Regymen is right for you!!! I been a member since day 1 and I have been 100% satisfied. I have seen marked results both physically and mentally. The staff is outstanding, they are professional and really take time with each individual to help achieve whatever goal you are trying to reach. The staff has taken time to reach out to me personally to check on my well being outside of the gym, this has show that they are invested in me as a person not just a member. I have meet some of the best people I know at this gym. Everyone is positive and offers encouragement. I am 100% satisfied with all the classes they provide. There are 3 types of classes. Build(weightlifting focused) Burn ( high intensity weight and cardio) and Box (my favorite, they will walk you through the basic punches and turn you lose on combinations on the aqua bags. I LOVE this fitness gym!!! Monroe is lucky to have one here. It’s like no other gym around! It definitely has VARIETY which is why I see more results than any other workout. They have great time options to fit everyone’s schedule too! No excuse not to be able to go. The coaches are amazing. It’s like having a personal trainer everytime you work out. You won’t find a gym in town with all the different kinds of equipment and exercises they offer. I’ve met new friends that keep me accountable as well (that I need ESP at 5am😳) they offer challenges that push you to the next goal you’re trying to achieve! I look forward to working out.
