Sammy crawfish king 2 — Restaurant in Monroe

My family and I have been loyal supporters of Sammy’s for the last year or so. We have been purchasing seafood from this establishment at least once every week or two weeks. Unfortunately, today was our last visit. The food is good but the new employees are very disrespectful and flat out rude. Last week when we questioned the quantity of crawfish one of the employees (the new one) told us:” I gave you more but since you questioned it, I’ll take them back (and took crawfish out of our order). Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we went back today to try again. After placing the order, they handed us a plate that had already been sitting on the counter instead of preparing a fresh order. We also noticed that there were not very many crawfish in the order. We purchased the same amount from another establishment just to compare and we saw SIGNIFICANT difference in quantity. I've never eaten here, and I never will. I have come here multiple times as a Waitr driver to pick up deliveries. I've never been treated as rudely by someone in customer service as I am every single time I pick up from here. Today was the worst. There were absolutely no customers, and the girl working the counter seemed inconvenienced from having her eyes glued to her phone to prepare the delivery. When she was done, she shoved the tray across the counter. I said "thank you" and not even the courtesy of a response. I would never spend a dime in a place that allows that to happen in their establishment. The food may be incredible, but the customer service alone would never be worth it. Our first and last time here. Crawfish quality was mediocre. Food was good overall, but it was not so good that I would want to come back. The dining area is filthy and completely neglected, makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. The owner apparently has no pride in their business. Tables, chairs, floors, and everything else looked like they were wiped down with bacon grease soaked rags. There were crawfish body parts in the chairs. We were there within an hour of opening and the bathroom obviously hadn't been cleaned from the day before. There was paper on the floor and a full trash can.
