Subway — Restaurant in Monroe

We stood in line for around 40-50 mins while there were only two people working. One of them decided to spend time running his mouth with customers for 20+ mins at a time instead of fixing the food and moving on. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to wait this long. I understand having great customer service but this is absolutely unnecessary when you have a literal line of customers to the door. The other worker seems to be new and is struggling with trying to work the register and handle delivery orders. You people need to do better. After running his mouth this guy then decides to go take a break. You gotta be kidding me. This is complete BS. They are also out of most menu items!!!!! The only reason this place is getting an amazing review is because of their girl, Megan. I really hope I spelled her name correctly. I placed an online order this morning & when I get there, this poor girl is BY HERSELF during lunch & is rocking it! She made my order right then (she's understandably behind) and was so apologetic. The new male staff on the night shift was horrible. He had a terrible attitude not only that he was outside smoking a cigarette came back inside once he saw us and didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to attempt to make our food. This is the second time he’s been rude when I’ve gone all the other staff is very nice and friendly but not him.
