I went in to drop off an entire trunk full of clothing. The two women behind the desk were very rude and dismissive to me. I went around back and did not realize this was NOT a consignment shop. I have been collecting good clothing for years and just gave away 100s of items of good clothing. This place overcharges for used clothes in the first place. I called immediately (3 times) around 3:00PM and left a voicemail. They did not pick up or return my call. I called again the following day and the lady was very dismissive and disrespectful. She told me she would have no way to know what is mine and offered no help whatsoever. The three men in the back were nice and would have probably known at least where a few of my items were.
