A few days ago, I visited this place and ordered a combo meal of tuna melt. I had ordered the same dish a few times before and never had any issues. However, this time, when they brought me the sandwich, it was not melted at all. The manager took it back and returned the same sandwich after heating it. Unfortunately, the bread had become extremely soggy and I couldn't eat it. Moreover, I had to wait for my fries to be ready after being served the sandwich. In conclusion, I was not satisfied with the experience and informed the manager about my concerns and she refunded me for the sandwich ONLY OF 8 BUCKS. I know Covid has taken a toll on restaurants, but I was not impressed at all. When you get in you place your order at the counter and pay(including tip if you don't have cash) then you have to look to see what tables are available, if there are any available because it's every other. The prices don't really coincide with the amount of food you get. They brought mine out wrong so everyone at the table was mostly done before I had started. And I had asked for a biscuit but she didn't hear me because they make you wear a mask and there was background noise. When I asked for jelly they made me pick what kind I wanted and then only brought me one packet of jelly!
