A few days ago, I visited this place and ordered a combo meal of tuna melt. I had ordered the same dish a few times before and never had any issues. However, this time, when they brought me the sandwich, it was not melted at all. The manager took it back and returned the same sandwich after heating it. Unfortunately, the bread had become extremely soggy and I couldn't eat it. Moreover, I had to wait for my fries to be ready after being served the sandwich. In conclusion, I was not satisfied with the experience and informed the manager about my concerns and she refunded me for the sandwich ONLY OF 8 BUCKS. SHE STATED BECAUSE I ATE THE FRIES SHE COULD NOT REFUND ME FOR THE MEAL. I STATED IF I KNEW THE SANDWICH WASN'T GONE TO BE CORRECT THE SECOND TIME I WOULD'VE NEVER ATE THEM. the manager asked if I wanted something else but I couldnt because I had to get to work. This was a aweful experience and I felt...

I know Covid has taken a toll on restaurants, but I was not impressed at all. When you get in you place your order at the counter and pay(including tip if you don't have cash) then you have to look to see what tables are available, if there are any available because it's every other. The prices don't really coincide with the amount of food you get. They brought mine out wrong so everyone at the table was mostly done before I had started. And I had asked for a biscuit but she didn't hear me because they make you wear a mask and there was background noise. When I asked for jelly they made me pick what kind I wanted and then only brought me one packet of jelly! The whole experience was horrible, and we had already tipped them so it didn't matter how good or bad they were they knew they already had our money. Again, I know Covid has done a number but other places are providing you with good service and...

First time at Village Grill. You have to order before you seat yourself. I ordered the city ham and American cheese omelet with home fries and toast. The omelet was very good (I forgot to take a pic until I had almost finished the omelet. The home fries are a mess. Not chunks of potatoes with onion like other home fries, these were cut like scalloped potatoes. No taste whatsoever and the look of them was a turn off. Toast is pre buttered and I love that! All and all, the food was decent but we probably won't return.

My wife and I had lunch at Village Grill today! It was our first time in a while since we had eaten here . We had chicken salad sandwiches with an order of fries! It was quite tasty ,and on the way out we spied a homemade brownie. We made a purchase of the brownie and ate it in the car . It was to die for ,and was reasonably priced! I would highly recommend that if you have never been that you go check them out ! Oh and make sure you save room for a brownie!! Thanks Wayne

Good service. Good food. Order at the counter. Pick your own seat. I had breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly (and a lot of places mess up over medium eggs). The bacon was super crispy and delicious. Everything seemed like it needed salt. But that may have just been me. The home fries were good. They had a funny taste which I couldn't figure out if it was a spice or the oil they were cooked in. It wasn't horrible though because I ate them. Ha. Just different.
