Just walked into the store at which point the young ladies at the register advised us that āthe store was closing in 2 minutesā, at which point I asked āSo that does mean we cannot come in?ā They then repeated themselves again āthe store closes in 2 minutesā, while sarcastically smiling.
At this point I clearly understood the message. Basically we were not welcomed even though there were other shoppers in the store when we attempted to walk in.
Clearly lacking customer service skills. A better approach would have been to allow us to browse the store since there was other shoppers still in the store shopping and then locking the door behind us.
Or saying sorry we are closing in a few but we will be open again tomorrow from blah, blah, blah time.
Writing this review to make sure management is aware that the staff clearly needs some serious customer service training.
As a suggestion, end of day protocols should also be implemented because no customer should be rushed out or addressed in the manor that my family and I were. We were rushed out the door just because the staff wanted to run out at the end of the day.

They sent 2 replacement sheets for free which is so incredibly sweet and generous. They also sent a couple of vinyl stickers with their store logo and slogan and a coupon to use for next time.
