Anthropologie — Local services in Montclair

I went into the store Saturday 11 AM September 14th 10:16am to do a return (cashier had braids). As soon as the lady cashier saw that I was returning, she said, why are you returning these? I told her they don’t fit. She seemed annoyed. I had three different receipts was returning three items. She asked me which receipts go to which items I said I don’t know, can you help me figure that out (I never worked in retail so I don’t know how to help her ) when she was done she handed me the receipts and didn’t say anything else to me. No thank you no goodbye just handed the paper..It was very cold, awkward and she seemed annoyed that I was returning at her store or maybe just really cranky that it was 11 AM I’m not sure. The sad part is I spent $500 the weekend before at this location they didn’t have my size on some of the items so I ordered more clothes online and they happen to not fit and I return them there At this location, I will just continue to shop online as she made me feel extremely uncomfortable And did not say anything to me throughout the transaction it was just very odd and she didn’t say thank you or come again. Horrible store manager. This happened today; We were standing at an incorrect queue by mistake and another long line was forming in the parallel lane. Michela Baker (not sure if we spelled it correctly) at Store 531 was very rude with us and arrogantly made a remark, “I’m not sure who came first but you guys got to figure out for yourself because you are standing in a wrong queue. I don’t care.” This is not how you behave with your customer. We would have gladly moved if she would have politely said that we are in the wrong queue. I be seen this place and their other stores but never went in because it’s for women. So I found myself in this one and while I’m not into women’s clothes I did like their pottery. This stores architecture is really awesome also. Not withstanding the pottery, it is a really nice place for photoshoots and even a podcast. An amazing place.
