Update: Kelly helped me plan a surprise trip for my wife's 40th birthday. It happened to be right around the Run Disney Princess Marathon. Once again, I was given great advice on what would be beneficial, and help us have an efficient week. She also spotlighted what I needed to do (bib pick up) and get (memory maker) and she was dead on! This trip along with our last have given us memories that will last a life time.

Coincidentally, as we landed from this trip, Disney opened up their 2025 packages. So I reached out to Kelly, and once again will be putting her services to use!

Kelly knows her stuff. She is patient, and works to understand what we value as a family. I have trusted her two times on helping to plan our trip and both times, she delivered, magically!!!!

My husband and I are so, so happy that we used Ashley's services on our Disney trip. It was the first time we were taking our children (2.5 and 10 months). Ashley helped everything run so smoothly. We discussed what my must do rides and activities were for our day in Magic Kingdom. From there, she came up with a strategy for how to optimize Genie+ so that we could do everything we wanted! She created a custom itinerary for our day that was so helpful and allowed us to see our game plan at a glance. Because of this, we were able to do ALL of our must haves by 11 and rode 10 rides in total all before noon!!!

The day that we went to the park, it was incredibly crowded, but with Ashley's custom itinerary and game plan, my husband and I kept commenting that it felt like we were the only ones in the park. We did not wait more than 10 minutes in line for any of the rides!

Ashley was also on call for us during our trip! She was able to answer a couple of questions that we had the night before our trip. The other thing that she did that was so helpful was that she made sure my husband and I were linked up in the my Disney experience app! I thought that we were, but when I double checked and saw that we weren't, she immediately helped us figure it out and got everything sorted so we were good to go!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our Disney vacation planner, Deanna!
