I usually have such an awesome experience here. But today's experience was so awkward and the employees made me feel very uncomfortable. I went in to grab something for me and my sister. I had to make some adjustments because she changed her mind, and cancelled one of the orders. One of the guys with a beard, looked all bothered and annoyed to have to redo the transaction. The second time around I went back to buy a wallet I had seen. I didn't understand they were price matching the online price, and that my promo's were separate, so they couldn't use more than one $5 promo on a $5 item. The same guy helped me with the transaction, when all of a sudden his coworker jumped in and started talking to me. It was very weird and awkward, like if she was defending him from me, when I was just confused on what was going on. She even dryly and rudely said this is "the best we can do." No smiles, no we're helping you out nothing. Both of them seemed annoyed and bothered to be employed. I also saw when they looked at their computer screen, they both laughed at my account. Very unprofessional, I've worked in retail and this isn't how you act. Its your tone and demeanor that means a lot, in tune with what you say. Made me feel like I should just stick to online orders, or shop at Glendale. The girl was a girl with long black hair, and was wearing a cardigan. They both ignored my thank you, clearly annoyed with me. This happened 09/04/22 around 11:30 AM- 12: 00 PM. Employees should be trained to be polite, and explain things with patience.
