Don't come here unless you like being profiled. I came in because my kids wanted some Demon Slayer things. I asked a pink haired cashier about figures behind her but thought they were overpriced for the size. I saw some mystery figures next to the cashier and my daughter chose a Demon Slayer one and my son a FNAF. I had a Vans bag from just buying some Vans for my kids that plus my look must have gave them a bad vibe. As soon as I looked up I saw a male employee just staring me down. I noticed but paid it no mind, I walked to the t shirt isle and noticed he began following me. When I noticed I turned the corner by the socks and saw he grabbed the pink hair cashier and they were just staring at me. Not knowing my wife was right in front of them she overheard everything they said about me. I was going to let it go and leave their stuff and call it a day. But my kids wanted the mystery figures and I promised them something. The nerve these employees have to think I'd steal let alone in front of my kids when I teach the good values. When I brought it up to the manager who came to scope me out. I told her I work in crime prevention, cso, public safety and that her employees were to obvious she said oh you noticed that sorry it is common practice.... she walked away with the two employees came back with 2 hot cash coupons and said sorry for making me feel this way. P.s. kids shop here as well... the pink hair cashier was wearing spandex/leather dress with all her cleavage out and low dress. I could care less since people can dress how they like but since they profile I'll call...

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Manager is super rude, skinny tall blonde hair lady she refused to give me her name she refused to give me Hot Topic’s corporate number. Manager has a basket full of pins by the window not safely pinned from the back and witnessed a little girl get poked by a few. So many people come and get poked by these pins, it’s definitely a health hazard for all people. Manager brushed it off when I brought it to her attention when I told her the pins could be contaminated with HIV and she pointed to the hand sanitizer and said “that’s why they can wipe their infection away with that (hand sanitizer)”. She also proceeded to say it was “part of the fun to dig their hands in to grab pins”. She’s such an ignorant women. This store doesn’t care about your health they’re only interested in making a...

I had the wallet in my hand and was waiting in line to purchase it. I didn't see the line sign so I was waiting patiently in the front of the cashier. Once the guy in front of me left I went up to the cashier and someone cut in front of me. She didnt say anything even though she knew I was there. The other cashier didnt even bother to help me out when I was waiting in line as we'll. I didnt bother to say anything the whole time because I was standing there like I was lost and noone even bother to make eye contact or assist me even though they knew I was there because of the quick glances i saw.
