I went today to the drive thru at 12:10AM and wasn't able to order food even though they close at 1AM, the drive thru times are posted online AND outside the drive thru window. I'm not sure if Carlos is his real name but he was very sarcastic and didn't want to take my order even though they didn't close for another 50 mins. I always come to this Montebello location on Sundays after work, I'm always off at 12A and go straight to Jack's and have never has this problem, when I told him that it says that they close at 1AM he said "where does it say that?" And I pointed to the drive thru times right next to him and he replied with "well what does it say for Sunday?" And I told him AGAIN 1AM, then he replied with "well we need time to clean and I can't take your order". I'm not sure why he wasn't able to help me and I would appreciate it if you guys can talk to him and let him know how the drive thru hours work. Read moreThey will let people steal your food and then when you call to get a refund will say they can't approve a refund then when you make sure the refund was approved they will ignore your calls even if you call them for an hour straight, at that time they will literally take their phone off the hook so you get nothing but a busy signal, to a point you have to get your refund through your bank or credit card provider. If I could give a zero star rating I would. There is a Jack in the Box about a mile and a half up the road and its worth the cost to go out of your way, go there instead. Or go to Wendy's, hell go to the donut shop across the street. At least you know what you're paying for and won't get robbed. And these are the same people who think they are worth $20/hour. I had made a mobile order and trying to add sauces on the app didn’t work and I thought “I can just ask at the window”
I pull up to the speaker and say I have a mobile order and the worker responded with a sarcastic “okay?” so I just pull up to the window to get my order and when I ask for sauce the rude lady (glasses and big mole on face) says I have to order it on the app and won’t give me any sauce. I try to explain that it wasn’t working and if I can just have some ranch. She wasn’t having it and kept raising her voice saying that I NEEDED to do it on the app with the mobile order.
