I went into Hallmark with my mom, and when she asked where the Spanish birthday cards were, the employee named Jennifer didn’t stop to listen to our question and walked away with an attitude. When she did respond, she only said “in the back” very dismissively. It felt rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, Addison was very kind and had excellent customer service. She took her time to help us find what we needed and treated us with respect. When we asked who the manager was, Addison told us it was Jennifer which was disappointing, considering how poorly she acted.
I don’t know what Jennifer’s issue was, but her attitude and the way she kept looking at us made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were being watched for no reason. I really appreciated Addison’s help, but Hallmark should seriously address Jennifer’s behavior customers deserve to feel...

It was delivered yesterday in the store's mailbox according to USPS.I have been trying to no avail to retrieve the card but was told that the owners ( Rubina & Avo ) come to the store casually and when they feel like it. No employees have the keys to the mailbox. I called Hallmark headquarters and they were trying to solve the problem. Bottom line i still don't have the greeting card that I'm supposed to give to my son tomorrow and they still can't give me an estimate of when one of the owners will make it to work. The gift bag with the design I wanted, had pre-decorated tissue paper (About 3 half pieces rolled up and taped inside). There was one other bag with the same design, but was damaged. Took the gift bag to the register, and the employee charged me 1 dollar for the 3 tiny pieces of tissue paper. SMH I notified her that there was only one left, that didn't have prepared tissue paper, but it was damaged. She didn't even offer to give me the bag for the actual price. she charged me the dollar extra. This after spending a good amount of money at this store.
