Ms Kawaii Eyelash - Monterey Park — Local services in Monterey Park

Ms. Kawaii remains my recommendation, but I don't recommend the technical YoYo.

The back office staff and manager at Ms. Kawaii's were extremely helpful. They promptly contacted me and permitted me to relocate to the San Gabriel location and Tech Catherine. Catherine is really patient and gentle, and also a very sweet girl. She is doing her job very clean and professional. I was super impressed with my hybrid eyelashes that didn't fall off anymore.

San Gabriel's location is highly recommended. The technicians are warm and professional.

This time, I booked YoYo because my techs did not have time. I reminded her that my eyelashes are easier to fall off before she started.She just wants me switched "2D real mink to YY hybrid", I noticed that her personality is more urgent, but the whole process she pretty nice and good chats, During the period, she kept talking happily and uninterrupted because I am proficient in Mandarin. She mentioned that if you have any inquiries, I can reach out to her and there is a 5-day warranty. I went home that day and my right eye fell out. I think, never mind. The left eye is a little tight. The next day, at noon, the left eye began to drop 5 times in a row. I called at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. They said that it's okay to go back, so they helped me make an appointment with YoYo. Yo Yo was unhappy when she saw me return and had an angry tone. She kept mentioning that my eyelashes did not fall out at all. I feel like she couldn't listen to me at all. I feel like she didn't make up for my left eye at all. And she kept saying that my eyelashes didn't fall off or become unbalanced, and she finally got angry and said to me: Otherwise, you can find another technician in the future. Wow!! What a days!!! I found that she was only nice to people who only spoke English and who didn't come back to her for help.

I wish the technician could remove it all, get a refund, or have another...

I want to compliment Grace @ the Monterey Park location! I showed her a picture of what I wanted for a volume set and she did a great job listening to me and making sure it was everything I wanted, plus she was fast and efficient. The lashes have barely fallen out and it’s been about a week! I’ve had concerns from before because I’ve had lashes done at other places with other people and within days the lashes would be scattered and falling off or it would look like hybrid rather than volume when they were done. The service was really great. Sherry was very nice and very professional. I love how my eyelashes came out. She really took her time and I felt cared for. Excellent customer service. She gave great recommendations as to what type of glue to use which did not burn my eyes as it normally does in other eyelash establishments, and she also chose the appropriate and fitting length of lashes for me.
