I've been a faithful customer for many years & paid a lot for my nails 💅 They do a good job and many good nail techs. Unfortunately, they do not honor the prices on the menu. I was accidentally charged $60 for full set even though I only got a fill. I expected the price on the screen to drop but it was the same. "How can a fill and a full set be the same price?" I asked. He said it's because I asked for them to be cut down. Huh? I always thought the longer the nail the more expensive it was. Anyways the menu said different and he said the menu was old and needs to be updated. This is my go to nail salon, they always have amazing customer service and always make me feel comfortable during my nail appointment ❤️ I went to get a gelx set with a very specific design in mind that involved 3 references pictures, like always Jay did an amazing job on putting my ideas together making sure the amount of glitter was perfect, as well as the base color and making sure that the design was how i wanted🫶🏼 aside from my gel x i also took my little sister to get a kids manicure and the guy who attended her was very nice and careful with her tiny hands and also made sure she was comfortable as she waited for me to get my set done, i over all love this place its very clean and has an amazing...

LADIES BEWARE!! Very unsatisfying experience. There’s so many other salons to try in the plaza. I’m pretty sure the lady who did my nails was using old un-sanitized materials. She used another file to clean a DISPOSABLE nail buffer. I cannot make this up I watched her cleaning it. I’ve been here twice and I don’t know where they’re hiding the nail tech that did the nails in those pictures but both times I’ve left with something not even close to what I wanted and the second time my nails chipped after two days The nail techs on site can’t even do simple nail art. For a basic manicure they’re ok but I just think it’s very misleading to post all those pictures and then not be able to do simple nail art...
