Horrible service and terrible experience. Stooped by the store to pick up my lottery tickets and as i attempted to pay with debit card the gentleman rudely said " no we do not accept debit" Which is fine some locations are not consistent by which you can pay by debit for scratchers and only cash for actually lotto drawings- this location does not accept debit for either, which again is fine. As i asked the gentleman is there an ATM in the store he immediately told me to leave- i then ask why? As i told him i have money, i was simply asking if there was an ATM on site so i can get cash, refused to sale and told me to leave the store. I then pulled out my phone to record as i have never been confronted with such blatantly rude and discriminatory behavior in an business. Normally, i do not take the time to write a review and usually brush off poor customer service as just a learning opportunity for an individual, but this was complete unacceptable as there was no reason to warrant such behavior and certainly not to refuse service and tell me to leave the store. I will be lodging a formal complaint and Civil complaint it may or may not be a waste of time i will let my attorney decide based on what is presented, but the experience alone was very distasteful which is why i am taking the time to...
