What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when they don’t adhere to it themselves. Then I’m at fault when I couldn’t “make it to the appointment.” This is disrespectful and unfair.
Same applies for in person appointment. You wait 15+ minutes in the waiting area after checking in and another 15+ minutes in the hallways before meeting with the doctor. The front desk staff was irresponsible, deflecting blame for their mistakes, which caused significant inconvenience. They showed no remorse and even interrogated patients and families rudely.
