Monterey Plaza — Local services in Monterey Park

The staff is always nice but I noticed for every time I walk in that place it smells like raw sewage?? It's oddly strange because I often visit the restroom and doesn't smell like that. IDK if the women's restroom does? I just feel bad for the employees. Maybe they're used to the smell?? I don't know? The other complaint I have is that they don't stock enough 10-30 wt. Motor oil!! They usually get it and run out like 2 day's later?? What does that tell you Einsteins? Means order more oil, sell more by volume, Make more money right? I'm not an financial advisor but I know common sense. When I call to ask for the motor oil....they come back to the phone and tell me what other items that I didn't ask about. This is a very small strip mall. There are several good things to visit including a very big Dollar Tree, but there's just not enough parking for the business is offered and the amount of customer traffic.
