I waited until, of course, the last minute to order a Birthday Cookie Cake for my husband. Literally the night before his Bday! I got online, attempted to order the cake, went through all the steps & finished. After I was done, something just didnt feel right. I was never prompted to pay & I never received an email confirming my order. The next morning I called The Eastchase location. A nice gentleman answered the phone. I explained what happened & he stated that if I had not paid then they did not receive my order BUT he said that is ok, I can take your order right now & have it done by this afternoon. I was blown away!! Most places would probably tell you that it was too late but NOT Great American Cookie Company! Thank y'all so much! I ordered one of the graduation cookie designs shown on the website and it is the worst looking cookie ever! It's supposed to be a person with a diploma and grad hats all over - the 'person' is bald, too small, and looks to be standing on a log. My husband had no idea what the design even was. What a let down and complete waste of money. OF COURSE, I had to prepay for it - probably because they know if you get there and look at the ugly 'designs' they do, you will refuse to pay. Take my advice and don't trust the online designs. I will probably scrap the 'person' and 'diploma' off because otherwise it will be the joke of...

TERRIBLE!!!! We waited for 20 minutes in this place for three things of pretzel bites and one soft pretzel. They did not make our soft pretzel and their response was "you can have a cookie instead". The guy cooking the pretzels wasn't wearing any gloves while handling our food and he was too busy flirting with a girl in line to pay attention to our order which is why we didn't get our pretzel in the first place.
