I’m beyond upset after hearing my fiancée experience with the worker at Pandora jewelry in Montgomery, Alabama. He went into the store to purchase me earrings and a necklace that was more than $200. Upon leaving a female worker asked him has his leg been that way all his life, he answered her and said yes. She then imitated a disabled/ crippled person and thought it was funny. I want something to be done about this situation. I’ve already received legal advice and will act upon it if a compromise isn’t met. It is completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role to make fun of anyone's physical appearance or imitate a disabled person. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. I find it very important for businesses to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. I will be protesting and reaching out to the masses to bring awareness to this issue. There is no resemblance of a line and it's understaffed for the holidays. I definitely think Amie is the rudest out of the bunch until I dealt with Gabrielle today! I I came in twice this week. I had a charm that I wanted a refund on that I bought the day before online for store pickup. They said they couldn't refund my credit card but just exchange it for something else then give me a gift card back for the difference...WHY? That is not store policy. Tonight I came back in because I had an issue with a clasp on a necklace I just bought there and then they refused to exchange it for another one. They forced me to return it instead and wouldn't give me the necklace back to take to exchange at another store. I lost my double points and my $10 survey gift card on the transaction. I have visited this location on 4 occasions and each time I have come away feeling intentionally disrespected. Each time I entered the store I was excited for a new charm but after being spoken to rudely I'd come home feeling terrible about supporting their business. The only time I was treated relatively nicely was when my boyfriend came with me once and that's not saying much because he complained about the attitude of the associate as well.
